Lynn obtained her LLB from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Pietermaritzburg in 2008. She completed her articles at Tomlinson Mnguni James and was admitted as an attorney in March 2011 where she continued to practice in the litigation department until August 2012. Lynn also has experience dealing with both High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation.

In September 2012 Lynn opened up her own practice specialising in legal costs, the area in which she continues to practice today. Lynn is proficient in drawing both party and party and attorney own client bills of cost as well as opposing bills. Lynn has taxed many bills in the High Court but is also well known for her ability to settle bills of cost in a reasonable and cost effective manner. With 10 years post-admission experience Lynn is well equipped to deal with any legal cost or litigious matter.
